100 Pushup Challenge

Those of you looking for quick and relatively easy fitness challenge, should check out 100 Pushups. I have been supplementing my workout schedule with this on the cardio days, and it’s been a fun addition so far. You get some decent upper body development, quick results in terms of ability, and it usually takes less then 10 minutes for a “workout”. There is also an online logger, that let’s you track your progress and share stats among friends. Here are my stats so far, test yourself and post yours in the comments!
