So I got my reply to my petition I posted about earlier. Looks like they unbanned me in good order, citing that my account was banned because it “had been accessed by a foreign IP that was solely used to hack into multiple accounts”.

Foreign to where? North America? Iceland? Anyway, I’ll paste the email transcript here. Nothing  incriminating, except the window into the support reps mind. You get the feeling that the guy has to deal with the GoonFleet crew a lot…
